After Studying Fine Art Painting at Bretton Hall College in the early 90's I went on to study Architectural Glass at Edinburgh College of Art before beginning a career as a Stained Glass Artist. Whilst living in Edinburgh I worked on many projects for Historic Scotland, from Greyfriars Kirk in Edinburgh to St Magnus Cathedral in Orkney. I joined York Minsters conservation team in 2003 and later became their principal restoration painter before leaving in 2009 to start my own business.
My fascination with glass led me to explore traditional lampworking techniques, and since 2012 I have been designing and making jewellery using the glass beads I create.
